Chronic Pain PATH (Personal Action Toward Health) Online Workshop Series
Every Monday, March 4 – April 15, 2024
2-4 p.m. ET
Online via Zoom
Adults of all ages interested in managing chronic pain are welcome to attend, including those living with chronic pain, family members and caregivers.
Participants learn strategies and skills to manage chronic pain such as:
- Dealing with difficult emotions, poor sleep, fatigue, and stress
- Planning and pacing activities
- Developing exercise and healthy eating plans
- Managing medications and preventing medication misuse
- Communicating with family, friends and healthcare providers
- Decision making and evaluating treatment options
- Goal setting
You will learn tools to:
- Work with health care providers
- Manage symptoms such as pain, fatigue, difficult emotions, sleep problems, depression
- Make lifestyle changes such as healthy eating and physical activity
- Set goals and accomplish them

Cost: This workshop is free for Michigan residents. Family members, friends, and caregivers are encouraged to attend with you.
This is a live class via Zoom. A camera is required to be on to participate in this program. Classes will not be recorded.
