Friendly Reassurance Program
The Friendly Reassurance Program is a program designed to help homebound or socially isolated individuals age 60 and older have regular contacts through friendly reassurance calls to help assure the health, safety, and well-being of the individual.
It also will provide companionship and social interaction.

- Calls are prearranged with individual at a determined interval (their request)-weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. The program is person-centered.
- Calls are made by trained and friendly staff
- No cost to receive calls
- If the individual does not answer the phone, a procedure for a safety check is followed.
Eligibility Requirements: |

- Socially isolated or homebound.
- Agree to program guidelines.
